1. Eligibility

2. Orders and Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize the charge.
• We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, out of stock).
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

3. Physical Products

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Refund Policy for returns.

4. Digital Products

Digital products (such as the Digital Conversation Deck) are licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal, household use. You may print them for your own family. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them commercially.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, text, design, photography, illustrations, prompts, and the brand "The Analog Family", is owned by Harper's Grant LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use
